Crieff Food & Drink Festival 2026 -
Stall Booking

We're building something special in Crieff - a food market that showcases the very best of local and Scottish artisan produce. If you're a food or drink producer or maker and you'd like to take a stall, we'd love to hear from you. Read through the information below, then complete the application form at the bottom of the page.

Saturday 10th October 2026
10am - 4pm
Crieff - location tbc

We will provide:
- covered market stall 8ft x 8ft
- table 8ft x 4ft
- pitch size to be confirmed

Stall fee (ex VAT):
- £50
- A deposit of £20 is payable on application
- The remaining balance of £30 is due one month before the market date.
- Your deposit is non-refundable unless Experience Crieff have to cancel the event in which case it will be refunded in full.

Alcohol Sales & Licensing - it is the responsibility of the stallholder to have a valid personal licence and to apply to Perth & Kinross Council for an occasional licence for the event. Proof of occasional licence will be requested on final payment of stall booking one month before the event.
